There is curently a bill in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives (HB 1760), sponsored by Rep. John Evans (R-Erie/Crawford), that would lift the ban on Sunday hunting and allow the Pennsylvania Game Commission to determine if Sunday hunting could take place, for what species and during which seasons. Let's hear what you think?

No way man. Not enough deer already. Last thing we need. The gameless commission needs to make the deer herd viable again from the hunters persepective before this is ever even considered.
It can be done without decreasing the deer population. If the Game Commission provides additional days to hunt they would just need to decrease the antlerless allocation accordingly. They are currently decreasing antlerless allocations in most WMU's and increasing deer numbers. We need to be careful how high deer numbers get. There are only so many deer the habitat can support. Without improving deer habitat first we could be going the wrong direction by simply putting additional deer on the landscape.
